Mientras que el l\u00edder pastoral formula la pol\u00edtica, el Departamento de Escuelas Cat\u00f3licas est\u00e1 listo para ofrecer capacitaci\u00f3n a los nuevos consejos asesores y apoyo continuo a todos los consejos escolares locales en el desempe\u00f1o de su funci\u00f3n. Es imperativo que el presidente del consejo escolar local practique activamente la fe cat\u00f3lica.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/stjohntucson.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/pasted-image-0.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/p>\n\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Fe<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Adhesi\u00f3n a las Ense\u00f1anzas Cat\u00f3licas:<\/u> Apoyar y promover las ense\u00f1anzas oficiales de la Iglesia Cat\u00f3lica, independientemente de las creencias personales.<\/li>\n<li><u>Reconocimiento de las Escuelas como Expresiones de la Misi\u00f3n:<\/u> Reconocer que las escuelas desempe\u00f1an un papel significativo en expresar y ense\u00f1ar la misi\u00f3n de la Iglesia Cat\u00f3lica.<\/li>\n<li><u>Compromiso con la Oraci\u00f3n:<\/u> Orar regularmente por otros miembros del consejo, las escuelas cat\u00f3licas y las comunidades a las que sirven.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>Excelencia Acad\u00e9mica:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><u>Promoci\u00f3n de la Filosof\u00eda y Misi\u00f3n Escolar:<\/u> Actively promote and articulate the school&#8217;s philosophy and mission statements.<\/li>\n<li><u>Evaluaci\u00f3n Continua del Programa:<\/u> Fomentar la evaluaci\u00f3n continua de la efectividad del programa educativo.<\/li>\n<li><u>Formulaci\u00f3n de Pol\u00edticas:<\/u> Promulgar pol\u00edticas relacionadas con la planificaci\u00f3n, operaci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de instalaciones y equipos.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0<u>Comit\u00e9 de Planificaci\u00f3n y Construcci\u00f3n:<\/u> Servir como comit\u00e9 de planificaci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n para la expansi\u00f3n de instalaciones educativas en conjunto y bajo la orientaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n de Construcci\u00f3n y Mantenimiento del Consejo de Ministerios de la Parroquia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El Consejo Escolar est\u00e1 compuesto por el P\u00e1rroco o su representante y el Director como miembros ex officio. La membres\u00eda con derecho a voto var\u00eda de 9 a 15 individuos. Los posibles miembros del Consejo Escolar siguen un proceso de discernimiento y son posteriormente designados por el P\u00e1rroco. Cada miembro con derecho a voto sirve un mandato de dos a\u00f1os, con un l\u00edmite de tres mandatos consecutivos. While the pastoral leader formulates the policy, the Department of Catholic Schools stands ready to offer training for new advisory boards and continuous support to all local school boards in fulfilling their role. It is imperative that the president of the local school board actively practices the Catholic faith Faith Adherence to Catholic Teachings: Support and promote the official teachings of the Catholic Church regardless of personal beliefs. Recognition of Schools as Mission Expressions: Acknowledge that schools play a significant role in expressing and teaching the mission of the Catholic Church. Commitment to Prayer: Pray regularly for other board members, Catholic schools, and the communities they serve. Academic Excellence Promotion of School Philosophy and Mission: Actively promote and articulate the school&#8217;s philosophy and mission statements. Continuous Program Evaluation: Encourage the ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of the educational program. Policy Formulation: Enact policies related to the planning, operation, and maintenance of facilities and equipment. \u00a0Planning and Building Committee: Serve as a planning and building committee for the expansion of educational facilities in conjunction with and under the guidance of the Building and Maintenance Commission of the Parish Ministries Council. The School Board comprises the Pastor or his representative and the Principal as ex-officio members. The voting membership ranges from 9 to 15 individuals. Prospective School Board members undergo a discernment process and are subsequently appointed by the Pastor. Each voting member serves a two-year term, with a limit of three consecutive terms.
