Students should exit vehicles at any point in this drop-off zone. A dedicated team of school staff will be strategically positioned in the parking lot and drop-off zone. Their roles include facilitating traffic flow, managing the crosswalk, and overseeing the screening process at gates and curbside. Parents are generally not allowed to enter the campus. Exceptions are made for cases where a student, like a Kindergartener, may be upset. In such instances, parents are required to exit the campus once the student is safely in the classroom. &nbsp; Pick-up Procedure\u00a0 2:45pm &#8211; 3:00pm Drivers should enter the school premises through the north entrances at 12th Ave. Parents can park outside the gate at 14th Ave and walk inside for student pick-up. Alternatively, they are encouraged to park in the parking lot in front of the track. Parents must enter the school premises for student pick-up. Each family will receive a QR code for each student, which they must present to the teacher for identification. After 3 pm, parents must pick up their children at the cafeteria. Additional staff will be assigned to specific areas to facilitate traffic flow, manage the crosswalk, oversee the parking lot, and assist at the West and East courtyards and both exit gates. Drivers enter the school at the north 12th Ave entrance. The 12th Ave south driveway nearest the Church is a right turn only exit and not an entrance.
