Enrollment Open for New and Returning Students!

Dear St. John Community,

We’re delighted to announce that enrollment is now open for both new and returning students for the upcoming academic year! If your child is currently a student, please check your email for the enrollment packet and follow the instructions to begin the process.

For Returning Students:

Check your email for the enrollment packet.
Log into the Family Portal.
Click on “Family Login” in the right-hand corner.
Select “Family Portal” to log in.
District Code: SJE-AZ.
Click on “Apply/Enrollment” and complete the application.

For New Students:

Applying is easy using our Online Application.
Create an account and initiate the Online Application process.
Create a New Student Application for your child.
Log in and out of your account, accessing your open application at any time.

After submission, track your admissions status online by logging in to your account. Print completed applications, monitor supplemental application forms, and reprint forms if necessary.

If you require more information, beyond what’s available on our website, please “Request More Information,” and our Admissions Office will reach out to you.
